We are currently in the middle of a major update, moving on to version 0.3. So the resources and rulebook will be labeled as such;
R16, the old version (0.2)
R17, the new version (0.3)
or with both if a resource is interchangable, or hasn't updated!
Most games ran by vampyrebug (me) as of current will contain a mixture of both elements since R17/0.3 is not yet completed!
